Does Shoveling count?

Does shoveling snow count as exercise? It does with you do it the Tim Manigold way. He had me running up and down the driveway plowing snow with the shovel. Not only was it easier on my back and arm, it was an awesome workout. I think it was kinda short, but good.

This is a good thing, because with this winter blast, I've been a little unmotivated lately.
