This muggy weather is killing my motivation for working out. I mean I feel like swimming, but that's pretty much it.
My next triathlon is in 2.5 weeks, so I can't mess around.
Anyway, yesterday I worked out indoors. If I haven't mentioned this before I FRIGGIN HATE THE TREADMILL. The indoor bike was ok though. I eeked out a 1 1/2 hour workout (with weight training), but it pretty much sucked the whole time.
I'm hoping this passes soon, so I can move on.

Ugh, I hear you! This is just crazy. I am starting to feel like I have moved back to St. Louis. It is hard to be motivated to move when it is like this!
Hey the fact is you still worked out! That's great. Just keep on chugging along. Sooner or later the humidity will pass...I hope!
